- Orders process Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2PM on Friday’s will begin processing in order on Monday as our shipping department is closed on Saturday & Sunday.
- All shipping options will provide you with a tracking number.
- The USPS website does NOT update their tracking until the package has arrived at the destination sorting facility. The date that it shows your package scanned doesn’t necessarily mean that is the day it left our warehouse.
- If your order is returned because it was sent to the wrong address or is undeliverable, it is not PUNCHY’S responsibility to pay shipping for it to be resent.
- If your address is wrong and/or the package is lost, or delivered to the wrong address, please understand that PUNCHY’S cannot be held responsible, as shipping labels are created based on the address entered by the customer.
- Lost packages or broken packages will need to be filed as a claim with the USPS which can be done at this > link. We do our best to research your packages but unfortunately cannot file the claim for you, it must be done by the customer on the order.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us at 254-918-1027 or email us at store@punchys.com. If you email us please list “damaged + Order#” in the subject line for quick response time.
- Please allow the allotted processing time for the shipping option you chose. If you want an order quickly, choose the preferred or expedited shipping option. If there is a delay with your order on our end, we will email you and accommodate accordingly.
- Our genuine jewelry is always packaged safely and typically shipped priority.
Returns
Hey, we want you to love what you get but please understand that for us to be fair we have created these guidelines listed below.
All Road Show sales are FINAL. No Exceptions.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and it must be received within 14 days from original delivery date on tracking number issued.
- If you wish to return something and you meet the requirements below, please email store@punchys.com to receive your return authorization.
- Returns are accepted for store credit only. Credit expires after one year.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable & customer assumes all return/exchange shipping costs unless PUNCHY’S was responsible for the mistake.
- Items must be in original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Items must be scent free (NO makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements).
- Shoes must be returned in their original condition in their box without any damage to the packaging. Do NOT ship back with the label on the outside of the shoe box. Please put the shoe box into a poly/box with the label on that.
- Must have a return authorization code issued by our returns department
- Store credit will be issued in the form of a code or gift card to be used on the website. Credit will expire after one year.
Any returns shipped that do not qualify for an exchange or refund will be shipped back to you, the customer, at your expense.
